Tips for caring for Kinky/Coily Hair

My Naturale Hair Journey
After relaxing my tightly coiled/kinky regular African-American hair for 10 years, I decided to grow the relaxer out and wear my hair in its au naturale state. My last relaxer was on September 17, 2004. I cut all of my relaxed hair off in October of 2005, and I am loving it!
The purpose of this blog is to share what I've learned from books, the Internet (shout out to Nappturality.com), and my experience in transitioning to au naturale hair. I'm by no means an expert or a professional, so please take my advice for what it is--another opinion. Feel free to comment and add any additional information you may have.
